Emissions
In 2025, we continued measuring our Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions for the properties in our portfolio. This way, we continue to strengthen the comprehensive management of our carbon footprint and generate baseline information for future reduction targets. We also made progress on initiatives linked to the sustainable performance of our assets.
At the close of this year, we have achieved nearly 50% progress toward our 2030 emissions reduction targets, reflecting the positive impact of the actions implemented. Nevertheless, we will continue advancing decarbonization and operational efficiency initiatives to maintain this downward trajectory and reach the targets set for 2030.

Scope 1 and 2 Emissions
At Fibra Shop, we manage our carbon footprint by monitoring, calculating, and tracking the greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions associated with our operations. To do this, we gather energy consumption data from our properties and calculate Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions in accordance with the guidelines of the Greenhouse Gas Protocol.
In 2025, emissions from electricity consumption (Scope 2) decreased by 630.33 tCO₂e compared to 2024, reaching 4,976.67 tCO₂e, as a result of greater use of renewable energy and energy efficiency improvements.

Scope 3 GHG Emissions
In 2025, we continued to quantify Scope 3 emissions using the same methodological approach applied in the previous reporting period, based on a high-level estimation model. The quantification was carried out in accordance with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol Corporate Value Chain (Scope 3) Standard, considering the categories of activities related to fuel and energy, as well as downstream leased assets.
