Supply Chain

We recognize that sustainability is a collective effort, so we strengthen a responsible value chain based on solid partnerships with suppliers, contractors, and tenants. Our approach seeks to integrate ESG criteria into all business relationships, with the goal of generating shared value, strengthening operational performance, and contributing positively to the communities where we operate.

We manage our value chain under a continuous improvement and risk management approach, which allows us to anticipate impacts, strengthen decision-making, and promote responsible practices throughout our operations.

Our value chain comprises strategic suppliers that enable the operation of our properties, as well as tenants and business partners with whom we jointly generate value.

85% of operating expenses is allocated to services essential to the operation of our shopping centers and the remaining 15% of our expenses is directed toward strategic initiatives to strengthen the value chain, promote sustainability, and continuously improve the performance of our assets.

In 2024, 100% of our suppliers were national.

Supplier Code of Ethics and Conduct

Establishes the principles and expected conduct of Fibra Shop’s suppliers. It promotes respect for Human Rights, regulatory compliance, ethics, safety, health, and environmental protection. It also includes mechanisms available for reporting non-compliance.

We achieved 100% local sourcing for our purchases.

Responsible Purchasing Policy

Defines the environmental, social, and governance criteria that guide the selection and management of suppliers. It promotes respect for Human Rights, ethics, and the hiring of suppliers.

ESG Strategy in the Value Chain

Throughout 2025, we strengthened our strategy for integrating ESG criteria into supplier management through a structured and progressive approach.

Key advances include:

  • Implementation of ESG questionnaires for suppliers.
  • Assessment of compliance, integrity, and sustainability criteria.
  • Progressive incorporation of ESG criteria into hiring processes.
  • Raising supplier awareness of best practices.

As part of this approach, we consider ESG performance a relevant factor in the evaluation of our suppliers. Those with formalized ESG strategies or that show progress in managing environmental, social, and governance aspects receive a favorable assessment as part of the evaluation process.

Supplier Evaluation on ESG Topics

In 2025, we strengthened our supplier assessment process through the implementation of a more robust and structured ESG self-assessment questionnaire, which serves as a key tool for identifying, managing, and monitoring risks and opportunities across our value chain.

This questionnaire represents a significant improvement over previous exercises, incorporating a comprehensive approach that allows for a more in-depth assessment of our suppliers’ environmental, social, and governance performance.

Of the new suppliers evaluated in 2025, 43% of the suppliers assessed demonstrated progress in the adoption of ESG practices.

We are proud to have this tool, as it reflects our commitment to raising the standards across our value chain and moving toward a more transparent, responsible model aligned with international best practices

We also reaffirm our commitment to local suppliers and MSMEs (micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises), promoting their integration and contributing to their growth. Therefore, we support supplier development through:

  1. Communication of ESG expectations.
  2. Awareness of best practices.
  3. Integration of ESG criteria into the business relationship.
