To properly channel key strategic information to the General Holders’ Assembly, specific committees are in place. These committees interact with one another when necessary and report to the Assembly within the time frames established in our corporate governance procedures.
The General Holders’ Assembly represents the owners of the CBFIs issued by Fibra Shop and is the highest corporate decision-making body. Its main functions include:
- Approving the issuance of CBFIs and their placement in the market.
- Defining the general debt policy.
- Approving the members of the Technical Committee, as well as their compensation.
- Appointing and, where applicable, removing the administrator and the advisor.
- Appointing or replacing the Common Representative.
