Urban Center Juriquilla is located in the metropolitan area of Querétaro, in the state of Querétaro, which has experienced the highest industrial growth in the region and is the main industrial hub in the central area of Mexico known as “El Bajío.” The facilities at this urban shopping center feature first-world infrastructure services with the most advanced technology, contributing to the improvement of the recreational space. The center has 9,644 m² of leasable space and consists of three levels of construction. Urban Center Juriquilla began operations in March 2013 and has three major brands: Fresko, Nike Factory Store, and Office Max. The center has more than 301 parking spaces.
