Plaza Los Atrios is located in the expansion zone of Cuautla, Morelos, a regional tourist destination in central Mexico. The plaza is surrounded by excellent transportation links within the municipality and has become the shopping and consumer center for nearby towns such as Oaxtepec, Yautepec, Cocoyoc, and Tepoztlán, among others, generating a regional catchment area of 800,000 inhabitants. In 2015, Liverpool joined as an anchor store, and in the following years, brands such as Suburbia, Starbucks, and Chilis were added.
