Health and Safety
At FibraShop, our priority is to ensure the health and safety of everyone involved in our operations, which we believe contributes to our success.
We promote a safety culture based on prevention, self-care, and the active participation of employees, recognizing that a safe work environment supports employee wellbeing and productivity.
During 2025, we continued strengthening our approach to occupational health and safety management, through the consolidation of an organizational culture based on prevention, comprehensive wellbeing, and continuous improvement. Through our Occupational Health and Safety Management System, we drive actions aimed at the timely identification of risks, the protection of our employees, and the creation of safe, healthy work environments across all our operations.

Occupational Health and Safety Management System
Our SGSS seeks to strengthen safe, healthy, and hygienic working conditions through the implementation of and monitoring of applicable legal requirements regarding occupational health and safety. Through this system, we promote a preventive culture aimed at reducing risks, preventing accidents, injuries, and occupational illnesses, and fostering employee participation in building safer work environments.
We also incorporate health and safety considerations throughout our operations and processes. This includes the early identification of physical, ergonomic, and psychosocial risks, the definition of preventive measures, and the strengthening of capabilities through awareness and training activities. These initiatives foster appropriate working conditions and reinforce the overall wellbeing of our personnel.
During the year, the implementation of NOM-035 was strengthened through the incorporation of specific actions for the identification and management of psychosocial risk factors, which contributed to the overall wellbeing of employees. The system is supported by key tools and actions, including:
- Safety induction programs
- Use of personal protective equipment
- Signage at workplaces
- Ergonomic studies
- Awareness campaigns
Identification and Reporting of Workplace Incidents:
The identification of occupational risks is carried out systematically through:
- On-site assessments
- Operational observations
- Periodic reviews by trained personnel
Based on these exercises, we implement preventive and corrective measures aimed at mitigating risks and strengthening safety conditions at our facilities. In the event of incidents, we have a structured process that includes:
- Immediate notification
- Documentation of the incident
- Root cause analysis
- Implementation of corrective actions
This process allows for timely monitoring and follow-up of incidents, prevention of recurrences, and the promotion of an organizational culture based on continuous improvement. Likewise, we strengthen our internal capabilities through health and safety training programs focused on risk prevention and emergency response.
Key actions include:
- Civil protection training for internal brigades
- Training in emergency response protocols
- Workplace safety awareness
Comprehensive Employee Wellbeing
During the year, we implemented initiatives aimed at promoting the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of our employees.
Key achievements include:
- Sports and recreational activities
- Wellbeing workshops
As a significant milestone in 2025, we implemented a workplace climate survey through a chatbot as a pilot at several workplaces, which allowed us to gather direct feedback from employees, including aspects related to workplace safety.
Additionally, we monitored key indicators that allow us to assess the performance of our health and safety management system and identify opportunities for improvement. In this context, it is worth noting that during the period no occupational illnesses were recorded among employees. We also achieved 100% coverage in the measurement of our safety indicators, which allows us to maintain robust and reliable information to support decision-making and the continuous improvement of our operations.
