Management Team

Chief Executive Officer
A Certified Public Accountant from Tecnológico de Monterrey, Salvador holds various diplomas in business and management, as well as a solid track record in the real estate sector, particularly in the commercial segment. His experience spans from development to the construction of real estate projects.

He has served on the Board of Directors of family businesses such as Harinera de Irapuato and Molino Cayón, belonging to the Cayón family and dedicated to the wheat flour industry and its byproducts.

Salvador is currently responsible for the overall management of our FIBRA, as well as for formulating and executing strategies to ensure the achievement of its operating and financial targets.

Chief Financial Officer
An actuary from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) with a master’s degree in finance from the same institution. He has experience in the Mexican financial system, in both the public and private sectors. He served as CEO of the Instituto del Fondo Nacional para el Consumo de los Trabajadores, as Financial Vice President of the National Retirement Savings System Commission (CONSAR), and as Director of Special Projects at the CNBV. He also serves as an independent board member of Banco del Bajío, INFONAVIT, and IMSS.

Gabriel is currently responsible for Fibra Shop’s financial planning and oversees various areas such as Controllership, Human Resources, Finance, and Information Technology. He also supervises and implements strategies for financial and operational risk management.

General Counsel
A lawyer with a law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro, specializing in Private Law, and a master’s degree in law. She has completed various courses, seminars, workshops, and diplomas, mainly in administrative, real estate, and corporate law.

She has been active in both the public and private sectors, in real estate and general corporate settings, and has participated in the construction, acquisition, leasing, and financing of commercial and mixed-use developments. She served as General Counsel at Inteligencia Urbana.

Chief Operations Officer
A Computer Systems Engineer from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey with a master’s degree in business administration from the same institution. He served as Administrative Director (1995-1997) at Grupo Frisa, and from 1997 to 2015 as Director of Operations.

He has taught undergraduate and diploma courses in Finance, Administration, and Computing at Tecnológico de Monterrey, and has been active in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), developing training programs and serving as a speaker.

Edgar is in charge of monitoring and managing Fibra Shop’s operations and their risks.

Expansion Director
An architect from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (Estado de México Campus). He has 11 years of experience in commercial real estate development.

In addition to having independently carried out residential real estate projects, in his previous professional experience he served as Expansion Area Manager at Liverpool from 2007 to 2012. Juan José is in charge of the FIBRA’s new projects and expansion.
