At the close of 2025, 38.7% of the portfolio’s GLA was certified, with La Perla, located in Zapopan, Jalisco as the largest sustainable commercial property in Latin America with EDGE certification. In 2025, our La Perla Life Center obtained the WELL Health-Safety Rating awarded by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). This international recognition validates the implementation of policies, protocols, and best practices focused on the health, safety, and wellbeing of people within the shopping center
