Human Rights
Human Rights are a fundamental pillar of our operations and an essential element in generating sustainable value.
For this reason, we maintain a firm commitment to protecting the dignity, equality, and fair treatment of everyone, as well as to promoting these principles both in our operations and in our value chain.
This commitment is aligned with our Code of Ethics and our Human Rights Policy, which establishes clear guidelines to prevent any form of discrimination, harassment, or violation of human rights, as well as to foster safe, inclusive, and respectful work environments.
In line with international standards such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the principles of the International Labour Organization (ILO), at Fibra Shop we promote actions aimed at fostering decent, equitable, and safe working conditions for our employees. As part of this commitment:
- We promote non-discrimination, equal opportunity, and respect for diversity.
- We ensure fair working conditions, including that working hours are in accordance with the applicable law, and adequate compensation.
- We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward forced and child labor across all our operations.
- We foster an organizational culture based on respect, inclusion, and dignified treatment.

Fibra Shop is reinforcing its internal processes related to Human Rights management through the implementation of actions aimed at identifying and addressing potential risks within its operations.
Key actions implemented include:
- Identification of risks related to working conditions, work environment, safety, and dignified treatment of employees.
- Assessment of risks associated with relationships with suppliers and third parties, with an emphasis on compliance with applicable regulations and responsible conduct principles.
- Implementation of internal reviews and monitoring mechanisms that allow for the detection of potential Human Rights violations.
In addition, periodic reviews have begun to be integrated at work centers, especially regarding labor and hiring matters, with the goal of ensuring regulatory compliance and strengthening preventive risk management.
Human Rights Training
We recognize the importance of strengthening internal capabilities related to Human Rights. This year, 531 employees were trained on Human Rights-related topics, with a total of 1,686 training hours.
This training is part of our strategy to consolidate an organizational culture based on respect, inclusion, and the prevention of social risks.
Reporting and Remediation Mechanisms
As part of our management system, we have formal communication channels, such as the Ethics Line, that allow employees and stakeholders to confidentially report any conduct contrary to our principles.
These mechanisms allow us to:
- Identify possible Human Rights non-compliance.
- Follow up on reported incidents.
- Implement corrective and preventive measures in accordance with internal guidelines.
Right to Association:
At Fibra Shop, we fully respect our employees’ right to freedom of association and collective bargaining, in accordance with current labor legislation. In this regard:
- We don not tolerate practices of discrimination or retaliation against those who exercise this right.
- We promote labor relations based on respect, transparency, and open dialogue.
- We have internal guidelines that reinforce these principles within our operations.
It should be noted that, during the reporting period, 0.71% of our employees were union members.
