In FibraShop, we strongly believe that we should set a strong example within our own company, beginning with our employees. This foundation allows us to extend these principles to our tenants, communities, suppliers, and visitors. By the end of 2022, FibraShop manages 1,801 lease contracts, a significant portion of which correspond to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), creating over 30,000 job opportunities directly within our properties. This approach aims to contribute to the economic growth of the country and the development of the community.
Furthermore, to strengthen relationships and ensure the satisfaction and well-being of both our tenants and the people who visit us, as well as the communities where we operate, each property is equipped with an administrative office. This office serves as a platform for submitting complaints and/or feedback, which are then channeled to the corporate level for acknowledgment, attention, and, if necessary, decision-making.
Through our new “Centros de vida” concept, FibraShop endeavors to offer communal spaces and organize recreational activities that promote well-being, growth, and prosperity within the communities where we operate. Our focus is on sustainability and improving the overall quality of life.

2022 Activities and events
We are always seeking to differentiate ourselves from the rest, which is why for us the communities where we operate have become transcendental in our strategy and decision making. Much of our Living Center concept is designed with visitors in mind, striving to offer spaces that promote education, arts, culture and sports, and encouraging them to come back time and again to make our properties part of their daily life.
