To enhance safety within shopping malls, a Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) is conducted using a matrix based on the HIRA Manual. This process enables us to promptly and effectively monitor potential risks. Similarly, we have a civil protection emergency brigade responsible for overseeing and ensuring safety at the facilities in our shopping malls.
