Labor Practices and Human Rights, Non-Discrimination, and Child Labor
Having fair and equitable labor practices and respecting the human rights of our employees is crucial to ensuring a respectful environment for our people.
Human rights aim to protect the dignity, safety, equality, and freedom of individuals. At FibraShop, we are dedicated to upholding these principles in all our activities.
To achieve this, we have a Human Rights Policy based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, as well as the Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work by the International Labour Organization (ILO). This policy outlines our commitment and the principles that guide our operations, including those involving employees, customers, suppliers, and service providers.
Moving forward, we will implement human rights assessment questionnaires for our employees, tenants, and suppliers. The goal is to gain insight into their perspectives on the topic, understand the actions they are taking to ensure respect, and enhance awareness and sensitivity to this important issue.
