At FibraShop, we recognize the importance of integrating and implementing energy efficiency measures in the design, construction, and operation of our assets. This includes using efficient heating and cooling systems, installing low-energy lighting, and incorporating renewable energy sources.

Nuestros consumos son medidos con base en los recibos de CFE, gas, gasolina y diésel; cada uno de nuestros locatarios o inquilino es responsable de su consumo de energía y combustibles, por lo que FibraShop se responsabiliza únicamente de las áreas comunes.
During 2022, 18.93% of our energy consumption came from renewable sources, bringing us closer to our goal of achieving 50% renewable energy by 2027. Additionally, we achieved a reduction of 23.7% in our electricity consumption compared to 2019.
