Anti-Corruption
At Fibra Shop, we define corruption as any act or omission involving the improper use of power or resources for personal or third-party benefit, including bribery, fraud, undisclosed conflicts of interest, collusion, or non-compliance with our Code of Ethics.
Integrity and regulatory compliance are fundamental principles that guide our operations and decision-making. The organization has policies and guidelines that establish clear criteria for preventing, detecting, and sanctioning acts of corruption.
Our operations adhere to applicable anti-money laundering regulations. We do not permit the use of resources of illicit origin or participation in activities that compromise the organization’s integrity, including improper contributions to political entities or actors.

As part of our corporate risk management system, we assess 100% of our projects to identify corruption-related risks. This process considers both our operations and interaction with third parties, including suppliers, tenants, and partners.
The risk assessment includes:
- Identification and analysis of corruption risks by type of transaction.
- Review of counterparties through due diligence processes (including basic KYC).
- Validation of compliance with internal policies.
- Integration of ESG criteria into investment decision-making.
In addition, we have an Integrity and Compliance System that incorporates key guidelines for preventing corruption risks, including the Code of Ethics and Conduct, anti-corruption and conflict-of-interest policies, third-party relationship guidelines, and due diligence processes.
